The Port Authority of Puerto Madero S.A. de C.V. in compliance with the Federal Government project "Paperless Port", incorporates the advanced electronic signature program (FIEL) in the services offered by the port, allowing the port community and authorities such as Immigration, International Health, SAGARPA, PROFEPA, PGR, Port Captain, Customs and Shipping Agents and drivers can do their transactions from anywhere with internet access such as port operations, docking, undocking, services, infrastructure in an agile and efficient manner with the security provided by the use of advanced electronic signature (FIEL).
With these new rules, Puerto Chiapas, advances in modernizing their processes, streamlining procedures, reducing operating costs and times.
As part of the second phase of implementation of the SOP, the Port Authority began from 19 to 26 of march a trainning course of the Operation System Port (SOP), derived from the needs to bring effective administration and control movements, maritime traffic, loading, maneuvering and improve processes, payments and balance inquiries, with the use of advanced electronic signature (FIEL) on the paperwork, making electronic invoicing directly. With the coordinated participation of the various actors and API, we headed to the efficient development of port operations, working together to process automation.
